La situación actual nos ha obligado a optar por el teletrabajo, una práctica que no era del todo habitual en España y que de la noche a la mañana ha revolucionado nuestras vidas.

Sabemos que no es fácil asimilar la idea de que nuestro lugar familiar y de descanso sea el mismo que nuestro sitio de trabajo. Por eso, te enseñamos cinco prácticas muy útiles para mantener el nivel de productividad y no hacer horas de más.

Establece una rutina

Habla con tu pareja y coordinad un horario que se ajuste a vuestras necesidades laborales… ¡y a las de los peques de la casa! Intenta separar tus horas libres de tus horas de trabajo para no hacer más horas que si estuvieras en la oficina. No pasa nada por hacer horas extras de vez en cuando si no llegamos a todo, pero que no se convierta en costumbre.

No te olvides del espejo.

¿Sabías que la ropa que te pones influye en tu disposición para trabajar? Prueba con un poco de colonia, pintalabios y un conjunto diferente cada mañana. No te quedes en pijama, vestirte cambia tu humor y tu estado de ánimo. ¡Empieza el día poniéndote guapa delante del espejo!

Sigue trabajando en equipo.

Ahora que nadie te controla y no hay jefes alrededor… ¡no disminuyas tu productividad! Te recomendamos dos herramientas para organizar tus tareas y seguir en contacto con tu equipo.

  • Slack ideal para el seguimiento de conversaciones, la búsqueda de información importante y lo mejor de todo… ¡libera tu bandeja de entrada!

Evita picar a todas horas.

No, la nevera no te habla. Pero sabemos que estando en casa todo el día, no caer tentación es casi inevitable. Hace poco os hablábamos de los hábitos de alimentación que debemos llevar durante el confinamiento y os recomendábamos hacer una compra saludable libre de bollería y grasas. Y como no todo el picoteo es nocivo un puñado de frutos secos, fruta fresca, un yogur o incluso un dip vegetal hecho en casa como el hummus pueden calmar esa ansiedad sin que la báscula lo note.

Crea un espacio de trabajo separado.

Intenta buscar un espacio en casa que esté únicamente dedicado al trabajo, un lugar libre de distracciones es lo ideal (olvídate de estar en el sofá con el ordenador). Con niños en casa trata de ser flexible con tus tareas laborales y no te agobies si no llegas a todo, sabemos que no es nada fácil. Puedes preparar tareas divertidas o manualidades para tener a los peques entretenidos sin recurrir a la televisión.
